3. Payment

   * Payment instructions will be provided after your booking request has been confirmed.
   * Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct payment reference is included with the transfer.
   * Any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
   * Tickets will not be issued until the full payment has been received in our bank account.

4. Prices
   * All fares are subject to airline availability and may change without prior notice until payment is received.
   * Taxes, airline surcharges, and applicable service fees are included only where stated.
   * Once a ticket has been issued, any voluntary changes may result in additional airline charges, fare differences, and service fees.

5. Airline Rules
   All bookings are subject to the fare rules, conditions, and policies of the respective airline.

   * Service fees charged by Eha Travel may apply in addition to airline fees.
   * Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded unless permitted by the airline.

Iha Travel is not liable if travel is denied due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

9. Check-in and Travel

Passengers are responsible for:

Failure to check in on time may result in denied boarding without refund.

11. Travel Restrictions
    Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry, transit, immigration, customs, and health requirements for their journey.
    Any costs arising from refusal of entry, denied boarding, or travel restrictions are the responsibility of the passenger.

12. Limitation of Liability
    Iha Travel acts solely as an agent for airlines and other travel suppliers.
    We are not responsible for:

13. Customer Information
    Customers must ensure that all passenger names, dates of birth, passport details, and contact information are accurate before ticket issuance.
    Any corrections after ticket issuance may incur airline fees and fare differences.

14. Privacy
    Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for processing travel arrangements and providing customer support.
    We will not sell or disclose your personal information except where necessary to complete your booking or where required by law.

15. Governing Law
